Mach SDK plugin questions and answers. / Is there a list of permitted names of plugins?

My plugin called ShuttleRU. And it works fine.
But if I rename the plugin (delete "Shuttle") Mach3 crashed. See a video. http://imageshack.us/clip/my-videos/221/u6xfevvanouapxleamewvw.mp4/
Why? Is Mach3 allows the use of plugin with specific name only? Is there  a list of permitted names?

Only at me such problem or at all? Excuse me for my English. I have made video.Will It can  clearly?

If I turn a wheel quickly, data DRO increase. After a stop if I turn a wheel back on one step, data DRO should decrease. But I see another, data have increased by one step. Then all works well.
This problem have all?

How I can on/off this window by means of SuttlePro2, not to use button Tab? From all list of functions in a plug-in not one does not work for me for this purpose.
