General Mach Discussion / New download will not run

I have two licensed seats of Mach running on different machines.  Today I downloaded a new "demo" copy to a third (actually tried a XP and a W2000).  In each case the software loaded and appears normal however I can't get either to test.  I have entered commands on the MDI and loaded a program.  Neither execute.  Driver test runs good, diagnostics reports nothing. I can enter values in MDI such as 5.0 for X and it takes but button will not zero.  Simulate program run works.  What am I missing.

General Mach Discussion / Call for editor

I have a question concerning how Mach3 calls the editor.  I am using a Tormach build of mill and when I go to [change-g-code] it forgets my program and simply sits with a blank program window.  I then have to reload or open the code again.  Oddly, on the same computer the Tormach build of Duality lathe works as it should.  I checked the config xml and it appears to be the same for both and ok.  I don’t have access to a config screen as in the standard build of Mach.  Tormach support does not appear to want to go into the inner working of the program.  Windows 7 computer, yes I have reinstalled the software.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you CF
