General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 machine coordinance

I would like to find a way to zero my machine coordinance.
I have tried to ref all home  and that does not work.
I want to set my tool in a zero location on my table and the set machine coord. to that spot as zero.
How can I accomplish this so that my part zero and machine zero are the same?

i have the mach cd and I had a hard drive crash.
When I reload mach I cant get the license to show up when I put it into the mach folder how can I fix this?

Mach3 and G-Rex / mach 3 missing code

I have a problem with mach 3 missng code when it is supposed to drill holes.
I am cuttimg 2 ribs a large and a small.
Both have holes to be drilled but the smaller rib does not show the hole location nor does it show the path it is to take to the holes.
The large rib shows the path and holes, both ribs are generated from the same drawing and the smaller bib is scaled down from the smaller rib.
I have imported the drawing into 4 different cad programs to see if the hole show up or if some how they are no getting transfered when I save the drawings but they show up in all 4 drawings. I have included the file also.

I am using Mach3 with my laptop to run a cnc router.
Everthing works fine but the display is so small that I cant see what its doing.
Is there a way to increase the size of the picture in the display to make it easier to see?

General Mach Discussion / I need help please!

I am trying to use Lazy cam and Mach 3 mill of a router that I made myself.
The problem I have is with the software that I am using but I dont know if ti is because I am using the trials version or what.
I need to contact someone that I can talk to so that I can explain what is going wrong.
It is too involved to try to explain it on the forum.
I will gladly call and pay for the call if someone is willing to help me with my problems

G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / g code help

I have used several different programs to create drawings for export as dxf files to be loaded into lazy cam and then converted into gcode.
When I load the code into mach 2 my part is not where I want it on the router cutting area and the x axis movement is more than the area available in my routers cutting area.
Is the somewhere in the config that I can tell the mach program the size of the cutting area or is this done in lazy cam so as not to over drive my axis?
Example... when I jog from x-0.0 to x + I have a total dro of for example + 99000.
The x movement in my gcode calls for a movement of 176000.
where do I go to get these movements in sync?
What have I got set up wrong?
