General Mach Discussion / cam software for mach

I have been using turbocad and am just starting to get into cnc as a hobby.  Can you recommend som cam software that works well with turbocad and mach 3?  All suggestions is appreciated as I am just getting started.

I just found this wonderful site a couple days ago and am now trying out the latest locked down version of Mach 3 (rev 2.0.029).  The latest users manual that I can find is for rev 1.84.  Is there a later version?

Also on page 3-10 of the Mach 3 Mill manual there are references to the Start Cycle, Pause, Stop, and Rewind buttons.  I see an Cycle Start and a Stop button but not the others.  Where is Pause and Rewind?
