The newest version of mach3 doesn't lift before prepping the head. It lifts and prepped at the same time. This was fixed in a earlier version but is back not working.

General Mach Discussion / Mach3 running a Shark Pro Plus

I'm trying to get a Shark pro plus running on Mach3 for a friend but haven't had any luck. I have download and installed the firmware update and the ncpod plugin but Mach does nothing. DRO don't even move. Is there a XML file or something else I'm missing.

Video P*r*o*b*i*n*g / setting up cammera and laser

 How is the camera to laser setup. Is the camera and laser running parallel to the X axis (X axis moving front to back (gantry)). What should the angle be of the camera and the laser. Is there any setup notes yet?
