General Mach Discussion / Lost step, but only on Program Run page - Smooth on Diagnostics Page

Mach 3 looses steps like crazy when on the Program Run page and the axis are jogged.  When I go to the Diagnotic page and move around they are smooth and never miss a beat.  This is on a Taig mini-mill, by the way.   Any ideas?
