I'm new to Mach3 my issue is this when I turn my controller on and I'm in mach 3 screen the reset is flashing my steppers are locked when I reset the steppers disengage  it seems to work in reverse what did I miss Thanks for your help.

I just finished building my laser engraver I have a problem all 3 steppers travel in only one direction is there something in Mach 3 that I overlooked?

Hello First of all I'm new to cnc I have a laser that I built, I'm using Mach 3 with Windows XP I,m using a TB6560 3 axis controller I doubled check all connections I went to the diagnostics screen in mach 3 under Port 1 Pins Current State there are no indicating lights lite What have I done wrong and how do I correct this?

I have a gantry with 2 steppers one on each side my controller only has 3 stepper motor spots I'm not using z axis so I would connect the second stepper to z axis. Then I guess I go into ports and pins my issue is would I put the same numbers in the z axis as it is in x axis (example step pin 2 dir pin 3) then I guess you go to the slave axis drop down and go x axis and check the slave axis ( A , B, C,) so which one do I check there's no z axis, does it make a difference which one I check If I disable z axis will it then work if I check slave axis A?

 I have a 3 axis controller I'm using the X,&Y axis Z is open  I need to slave my x axis can I use the Z axis as the slave?  I went into mach3 to the slave drop down but how do you set up the correct slave?

PoKeys / Connecting Pendant to Pokeys 55

I need help in connecting my hand held pendant to Pokeks 55 mother & 55 core board,first is the pendant an input or output,digital or analog,is there a file that has all the settings for Mach 3.Is there some information that explains what has to be done for setting up pokeys?
