Mach4 General Discussion / Current Status of Mach4 Lathe
« on: February 10, 2015, 08:46:29 PM »
Please could you tell me what is the current functional status of lathe in Mach4 hobby version being sold on the website?

I understand the red highlighted G code functions in the manual are not yet implemented but what is the significance of yellow highlighted items?

I have a two lathes running Mach3 turn and want to convert them to Mach4 lathe. Is this possible now? I am happy to use long hand G code and no canned cycles as I have been doing in with M3.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Kerry

LazyTurn / Can't install LazyTurn - It's looking for Lvkrn15u.dll
« on: July 16, 2012, 04:00:47 PM »
Hello,

I am trying to install LazyTurn on my Win7 computer and get the following system error message:
The program can't start because Lvkrn15u.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

Reinstalling LT just gives the same message every time.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Kerry Harrison

General Mach Discussion / Turn wizards not working properly
« on: February 27, 2011, 12:06:59 AM »
Greetings,

I'm having a frustrating problem with the Turn wizards on my new lathe.

When inputting numbers into some of the fields in the Turn wizards the numbers return to zero when the enter key is pressed. Other fields in the same wizards work as they should.

This problem only seems to happen in the ID wizards such as ID facing and ID boring for example. All OD wizards work properly.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Thanks much,
Kerry Harrison

General Mach Discussion / 24 pin parallel cable
« on: October 13, 2008, 02:27:11 PM »
Hello,

Any suggestions on where to purchase a 24 pin parallel cable for connecting the parallel port to the breakout board?

These buggers are sort of a thing of the past and kinda hard to locate these days.

Thanks,
Kerry
