General Mach Discussion / I CAN NOT ACCESS "MOTOR TUNING" ANYMORE !

I have mach3 R3.042.020 installed on my computer and for some reason, when I try to access  CONFIG - MOTOR TUNING, nothing happen, I mean, the screen it used to show me, does not appear anymore !   So, does anyone know what I could do to fix this problem instead of re-install the program ?  Thank you very much

 Hi !
 
I have downloaded Mach3 R2.63 recently and I am trying
to make it work on a PC running windows XP.  I have
been using this PC to control my home made
CNC router with KCAM4 software for a long time
without any problem.
I have decided to use Mach3 because after replacing
my cnc drives for geckodrives G210, I started having
problems with missing steps, and I guess they might
work correctly with Mach3.
Well, the problem after installation is the fact of the
motors are not running, although I can see the DROs
moving.  Also I checked the parallel port outputs with
a DMM, and I could see that changing direction,the voltage
changes on the direction pins, but, there are no pulses on
the step pins.
I have already watched the "troubleshooting video", but,
it didn`t help me to find the problem.
So, could anybody ,please give me some help ?
