General Mach Discussion / mach3 for laser

Dear all,
      We are trying to using the dmc 2123 controller(galil) and mach3 software for laser system.
      We saw setting for mill in mach3. But we are not able to get proper setting to interface laser.
      We only need to one out put from mach3 to turn on or off laser
       Please provide the detail solution as soon as possible.

LazyCam (Beta) / motion at complex curve line

i am using the galil 2123 controller with mach3 software.

my question is about motion at complex curve line at this point motion speed should be slow. so  how would i can adjust the slow speed at curve motion using lazy cam.

hi all
i am using the galil 2123 controller with mach3 software.
i have problem limit switch. when ever my limit switch interrupt my hole motion get stop even my reverse,forward motion.
example:  if my reverse limit interrupt my motion get stop then i am not able to move motor in forward/reverse direction.
again i have to manually reset my limit switch by moving motor manually.
please provide the solution.

 i am using gail 2123 controller with mach3 software.
i want my motor should stop exactly when limit/home interrupt without chaining the my acceleration, deceleration setting.
please provide the solution.

hi all
i am using the galil 2123 controller with mach3 software.
some time after pressing the home Reference home button  " homing indication" on mach3 window does not show the 0 position.
 i did the setting in home/limit configuration.
please provide the solution.

General Mach Discussion / reverse direction motion

hi all
 i am using the galil plugin with mach3 for our servo xy motion system.
my problem is motor is moving in reverse direction.
if i put G0X10 motor will move in reverse direction.
i try with ports and pins->motor output . i reverse the direction low active setting. but it didn't worked.


please send link for  a pdf or other document for setting a galil board for MACH3 software.

hi all

      i having galil DMC-2123 controller. i am running galil controller through MACH3.
      1:can i use the DMC-2123 controller input / output (other than limit and home) using MACH3
      2:how can i interface my software with MACH3
          i want to start MACH3 motion through my software.



     my configuration is :  Controller: DMC-2123
                                   drive (daughter card) :SDM-20640

hi all

      i having galil DMC-2123 controller. i am running galil controller through MACH3. it working fine but when i try to open the MOTOR TUNNING option from MACH3 windows it takes around 20 - 25 minute.
 i did drive test using utility.
     my computer configuration is :  XP SOFTWARE
                                                 INTEL DUAL CORE 1.8 GHZ
                                                 1 GB RAM
