General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 for vertical lathes?

Sorry if this has been answered before...

I started looking at the Mach turn screens and I notice that they all show horizontal lathes.  Is it possible to change this?

General Mach Discussion / Retrofit/Upgrade

I am looking at this software as a way to get rid of the OLD NC controllers we have on our production lathes.  They are vertical lathes with large spindles (36") and heights around 40 ".  Also most have 4 position tool changers but there are some 6 position ones also.  I am wondering if there are any negatives to using a PC and Mach software to help us out?
