G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / Prefix in edgecam

Hi. I have converted to ISO-code some pictures from Edgecam and Mach3 did open those quite well. I'm using some fanuc "machines prefix" (in Edgecam this is called Machine Sequence Tool) what I found in Edgecam directory. File extension for the prefix file what I mean is .MCP

What prefix for mach3 you guys use?

Is there some custom prefix-file for Mach3?

Hi. I got some problems with Mach3. I'm using newest version and I'm very tankful for that program. It's great! Thank you!

And I like to say thanks to HillBilly for BreakOutBoard and help!

and the problem...
When i run my code(program) couple times. Sometimes when I start it thirdth/fourth time, it starts to move something like 0,20mm/min. Then I start programn again and everything works like in the beginning.

What could make that error?

Another problem is, are there other ways to set machine coords to zero in Mach3, than to restart the program.

This 8mm spacer is to intake manifold and allows to increase airflow of engine . Lot of work with measuring that round cornered cast-cover and making a picture to cad :/
