General Mach Discussion / THC300 problem

I have   THC300 but I have some problem ,with THC ON/OFF when I push the button from Mach3 screen it will work but if I use on off button by the
G-code using M3 will work most of the time but M5 never work so I have to stop mach3 and then I stop the plasma by push button from mach3 scream .
and also I don't see much diffrent by the THC-300 it locks to me it is not working good.because  some time the torch come down until touch the matrial.

please I need help withe THC-300

 I have my 2ND parallel port  ,and I need more input in MACH3

in MACH3 in ( Port Setup and Axis Selection ) Port#2 ( Pins 2-9 as inputs) .
I installed 2ND parallel port ,to have more inputs and in my installation I tag ( Pins 2-9 as inputs )
the board works fine only as an outputs.

Please Can any one help me to get more inputs as second parallel port.

I have Mach3 and I need help for Jogging .

 When I jog X or Y or Z any of (3 axes ) will move then slow  down almost stop jogging   then move again with a  maximum speed .and  if I reverse the Jogging I have the same  .also if  I use G00 for any axes  I have the same Problem .
When I install the older release .I don't have this Problem , this only with new release.

Please if any one can help me .to get smooth movement with new MACH3 release.

I have Mach3 and I need help for Tool changer .for Mach3 lathe.

for example if I use in my micro.

tool = GetSelectedTool()
if tool = 1 then Activatesignal(output1)
else
Activatesignal(output2)
deactivatesignal(output1)

end if
 
 
this will work only Mach3mill .I tried it with mach3lathe never work.
Please if any body can help me .So I can use it to mach3lathe.
