Thanks TPS, No not that, I don’t get this error message, thanks for reply anyway.  Looks like I will just have to get license, even though I thought I already had one ... lol

Thanks for reply Tweakie,  I have come to that conclusion also.  Thing is I just bought the entire setup (CNC, pc & full licensed Mach 3) second hand & doesn’t say demo up top, has blokes name.  Looks like I have been conned :-(  should I bother paying for Mach 3 license now it is obsolete & unsupported or just go to Mach 4?  Only doing hobby woodworking for fun.

General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 only loading little bit of Gcode

Hello,
New to Mach 3 & having problem with opening or running Gcodes.  Create gcode in fusion 360 & post.  Loads, displays tool path & simulates cut on Mach 3 on laptop where fusion is, all good. Copy & load gcode file into Mach 3 on pc with CNC attached.  Only shows small portion of pic on table display, example half a letter of sign, gcode window on left seems to show entire code but doesn’t display in tool path on table view.  Does this on any gcode loaded but if code is typed directly into MDI screen or created with Mach 3 wizard displays & works fine.  Have done many uninstalls & reinstalls of Mach 3, double/triple checked all settings etc.  Only weird thing noticed was all gcode displays correctly when ncusbpod.dll for USB controller is NOT installed, but obviously CNC doesn’t operate, as soon as I put ncusbpod.dll file into Mach 3 it all goes to hell again.  Basically all good until USB driver is installed.  Please help, I don’t understand what is going on.  Why when I test with no USB driver installed all good in Mach 3 but no CNC control, with USB driver installed have CNC control but no good Mach 3 display of code.  Any suggestions? Have already wasted last 4 days on it :-(
