HiCON Motion Controller / THC is not adjusting height

I have a Hicon Integra 7866 Arc Pro Combo. I enter my desired arc voltage and my desired tip height in the Mach 4 software. I start the cut and everything seems fine until the plate starts to warp. The THC will not adjust its height to the tip voltage it stays at the set height it will not move to the max or the min set height.
