Thanks.  Will check my hyperthreading.  I've left it sit for hours and there was no change so it's not a time issue.  It's like it can not close something.  I might try downloading the latest test version and see if the problem persists.

OK, I went to Mach4 4.2.0.4300.  Now once I open Mach and then close it, I have to reboot in order to reopen Mach.  It gives me an error when I try to reopen and says there is already a session open.  Unplugging my PMDX-424 does not change anything.  Funny thing is if I open Mach without being connected to the PMDX-424 it works great.  Only have a problem when connected when I first open Mach.  I was running 4.2.0.3481 and since I copied it into another folder, I tried it and it works great. 

Anyone have any ideas?  I switched because I started to get some funky behavior.  Since I'm currently building a CNC lathe, I'm not sure I will get another PMDX-424 controller if I can't get this fixed. Reboots are a real pain.

Thanks.  My scale and layout was set to 125% and had to change it to 100%.  Worked fine that way for the older version, but not the latest one.

Just installed the latest Mach4 and the menus across the top don't display correctly.  When it first starts it seems to display correctly until the "loading" starts.  See pic.  Any idea what I've done wrong?  Even tried to reboot but no change.

I've been experiencing some strange issues lately.  I very often use the jogging in Mach4.  Lately if will just stop working.  Yesterday I was running some G code and hit stop.  Then tried to jog for some manual drilling and the jogging stopped working however I could still using button jog.  All other buttons were not selectable.  I ended up having to close and re-open Mach 4.  I've had a number of these issues that force me to close and re-open.  Even had a crash a few days ago that I started a jog and let up and it just kept going. Only thing that stopped it was the E-button!  Running 4.2.0.3481.

Thanks for any help.  Also running PMDX-424 that does not have to be reset.
