General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 Help in Blackburn/Lancashire/uk

Hi
we are a small not for profit organisation / community centre / skatepark
We have recently upgraded my flatbed cnc 1220mm x2440mm with new drivers and controller and spindles from Zapp Automation.
Since upgrading i am having issues with-
1. Actual distance traveled / calibration on all axis.
3. Mach 3 knowing the position of the bed and the length of the bed.
i have tried the calibration tool but it still seems to be out. I am looking for someone who may be able to assist in the Blackburn / lancashire area.
