Third party software and hardware support forums. / price thc
« on: November 17, 2021, 12:34:26 PM »
hi i have installed a price thc controller unit and wired it as price says in the picture for my bob card ,to the pins  down p12, arc ok p11 and up p10        anti dive p16. this i by the picture for my bob card.
now further on in the instructions it says when setting up input signals, up is p13  on is p12 and down is p15 ?????
also it shows as active low off , but when i set it all up using the pin numbers  that i connected to the bob card and set to active high  i get a error that will not let me reset ,and in diagnostics the up, down and arc ok are lit up.
if i set to active low it all lights go out and i can reset. my question is has anyone else come over this before, what has everyone else done .and would it be ok to run on active low.

General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach3 wont fire torch on plasma table
« on: October 16, 2020, 01:09:02 PM »
Can anyone please help a novice . I have purchased a plasma from China with a cnc plug in the rear.i have connected a wire to the plug  and back to my relay which has 3 wires 1 live 5v 1 negative and one switching  wire the switching wire is connected to pin 4 on my usb motion controller card . I have set up in ports and pins-spindle setup . Rely control clockwise(m3) output#1.  Ccw (m4) output#1
Output signals output1 enabled port 3 pin4 yet it will not fire up when I push the torch on/off button or when I run the test Gcode that is in macro3 . I have a 5v power supply connected to the motion card and if I put a wire from the 5v power point on the board to the switch wire on the board the torch fires ,but I cannot get it to fire any other way please can some one help

General Mach Discussion / z drive sticking on
« on: February 02, 2020, 10:48:04 AM »
has anyone come across this problem before, when controlling the drives using the onboard jog mode and moving the          z axis I have found that at times it seems to stick on and can only be stopped from moving by executing the reset button.
even the relay switch that is on the z axis does not stop it. I have checked on the diagnostics page and the relay seems to be working correctly ,this only seems to happen on the z axis
