But that is what the SLOW ZONE column is for.
In my case, I set it to SLOW DOWN when 20mm from the switches (see attached).
This only works if you ALSO set soft limits from 0 to say 1mm from the far end limit switch and the SOFTLIMITS is also on during program run.

I tried changing the 'slow zone' but I could not get it to work. Maybe my 'soft limits' are not set correctly.

Hi All

When I 'Ref All Home', the gantry crashes into the stops and then zeros. Is there a way to slow it down when it is near to 'machine zero'?

(I had deleted my earlier post because I thought TPS's solution would work but it will only work for ref.all home)

Config -> Homing/Limits -> Reversed should help

Thank you for the reply...I have tried this and it didn't seem to work. Do I need to do a reset or something after?

Hi All

I am new to MACH 3, currently using NC Studio on my other CNC Router.

I have the problem of the Jog control operating ALL axis in reverse. At first, I thought it was the keyboard, so I changed the key association, which worked, but when I tried using the Jog Control in Mach 3, it was still reversed. I have tried a few things in the setup, but nothing I do is changing the directions. Please help.
