When you start  mach4 and  after "configure" and after "restart" Mach4. If you want to use Jogging tab, you need to push Incremental jog Step" at least once or you cannot trust the DRO showing jog step size. After this push I think jogging work as you expected it  to.
The motor acceleration may not be too small.

Do not use CSS DRO for anything to treading at ALL.
Use "Turn cycles" , "Treading".
 Use 100 rpm and Pitch 1.5
Read the manual G76, put in the other values.
Run the gcode and "Feed rate" will show 150 mm, I think.

Years ago I have same problem. I cannot give you the ultimate right way, but tell how I get it to work.
 Mach4 setup "General" side. In the middle of side, chose "Jog increment" the one you can't get work.
Here I put 5 zero after 0.001  and enter.  (0.001000001) Restarted mach and Chose "Jogging" and
"Bottom jog mode", and then push Incremental jog at least 10 times and viola it works for me.
Hope it will solve your problem too.
