HiCON Motion Controller / Spindle Not Turning Clockwise - Mach4 & HiCon

Hello All, I need some help, please be patient with me I've had this machine for under a year.
The Spindle won't spin Clockwise, there must be something in the software (or a certain configuration) that is preventing the machine from running Clockwise.
When I operate the machine (Viper XP CNC Machine) manually, I can get the spindle to spin both directions. Then when I set to auto and operate through the software, the spindle rotates Counter-Clockwise and doesn't spin the other direction at all. It will go through the processes if I assign a G-Code EXCEPT SPINDLE TURNING CLOCKWISE. Everything else works fine.
Can somebody help me with this?
