Newfangled Solutions Mach3 Wizards / Digitizing Getting Stuck on G31 Command

long story short having issues after hard drive crash
the pc and cnc were working find
the pc hard drive crashed
installed new hard drive and updated to windows 10 from windows 7
insalled mach3 from warptd (Smooth stepper Company) added the smoot stepper driver
got the machine back up and running no issues.
ISSUE - 1 of 2 probes work. tool Probe works but the digitizing probe has issues
i was digitizing like i do everyday. but when the probe got its 1st contact the probe stop right there where it got the point and did not retract
i let the digiting probe in the air and was able to get a file when finished.. its only when its triggered does it stop
