Hi,
I have diy cnc with 4000mm/min speed (157in/min) 12nm motors working on Mach3 and Fusion 360

So ... I have a convex surface that I need to machine and maximum speed that I get is 1200mm/minute ...
Fusion says it should be 12min, CNC is working for over 25min

I tried increasing feedrate from Fusion and Mach, tried smoothing from Fusion... it just floats around 1200 whatever parameter I change ... on a flat surface it speeds up
my guess is that there is something with Mach setup

Controller is Pokeys57cnc over ethernet ... so there should be no bottlenecks, Windows machine is ok, Mach is fully licensed.

General Mach Discussion / Error 9991 Mach3 Windows10

I got error 9991 during run... it just stuck

Running fine since begining of the year.

It's a custom cnc running on pokeys57cnc, mach3, win10.

Any ideas? ... there were no hardware changes (just windows updates)
