So im having abit of a odd problem with this screen, and its with this auto zero routine. Im pretty sure there is just some small problem im overlooking, but instead of scratching my head for a month of 2, im just gonna ask 
So ive placed my fixed plate on my cnc bed, and the routine runs fine, it zeros on the moveable plate, then moves to fixed. But everytime, the tool starts milling in the air.
If i run the routine for just auto zeroing on the movable plate, it works just fine. And im not really sure where to start problem solving this.
I have installed noise capacitors, so it shouldnt be that.
Anyone have any idea?
