Good spotting, I haven't tested it as I moved on from this buying a different controller. Looks like me and a heap of others were the guinea pigs for this. Glad it's working for you tho.

Sounds like most of the servos havent been tuned yet possibly? Why not increase your decel in tuning? Also depending on how much weight on each axis you might need regen resistors on certain axis depending on how much decel you need also. Your acceleration might need slowing down too.

Try changing your plunge rate when driving down to probe. Make it real slow to start with and if its already really slow make it a tiny bit faster. I had this problem ages ago. Pretty sure this fixed it. Let us know how you go.

Yup so once running correctly you should have a range of voltages between 1 and 10v if you measure between AGND and AVI on your Teco.
If you are getting the correct voltage there then you have a setting wrong in your Teco somewhere. If you arnt getting that voltage then you have settings wrong in Mach4 or wiring wrong

I use a seperate disk with a batch file which runs on a windows Schedule which auto backs up my whole Mach4 Folder once a week. Also have a complete Windows image also on an external hard drive. Everyone has that one big failure when a rookie and then you learn real quick like i did haha

Literally just installed it yesterday and it runs awesome. Make sure you order older model not the new one. Can get wireless or wired both use same driver.

mkullman on this forum created a driver for an XHC mach3 Pendant for Mach 4. It is wireless and i have just installed it and it works good. Its around $80USD on Aliexpress.com.
