General Mach Discussion / Cannot get offsets to work in mach3

what is the trick to get offsets to work in mach3?

I have a hobby machine and change the tools by hand, I have offsets in the offset file, and when I do a t#M6 the display shows that the tool# and offset number is active, but the machine does not taking the offset change.  Am I missing a setting or sometning?

Is there a Fusion 360 Processor that works with Mach3 turn?

I have just added homing switches to my lathe, cannot get the lathe to home.  I have looked at everything I can think of, but nothing seems to work.   If I load the mach3 as a milling program and press the home all button  starts to home.

I have not been successful in getting a tool offset in Mach 3 turn.     I see all sorts of talk about macros, but so far no examples that I can follow.   This is getting frustrating
