Mach4 General Discussion / Looking for Support

I am looking for a individual or organization that provides remote support (PAID TECH SUPPORT)through Team Viewer (or similar program).   I have a lathe that uses Mach4 that has POKEYS57 Ethernet interface.  I shifted to computers and having a Network problem.  Mach4 Does not see the Pokeys motion controller.  The machine worked fine before shifting computers and I have a copy of the MACH Directory off the old computer.
 I tried getting paid support from ARTSOFT, but they just told me to go to Polabs for support.  I have contacted Polabs but there has been no response yet.  I figured there is someone with a lot more experience with Mach4 and Pokeys57 than me that would be able to get this problem fixed.
  Let me know id anyone is interested or has a lead of someone that may be willing to give a hand.

Mach4 General Discussion / transfering to new Computer

I had to replace the computer for my CNC Lathe.  I now have a windows 10 Machine running my CNC Lathe with Pokeys57 interface.  Is there a  tutorial or an easy way to shift form one computer to another?  I tried using search tool with not a much help.  I noticed MACH4 is now on version 2 so I am not sure if that is going to be an issue or not.
  The machine was set up a few years back and I had help then so I cant remember much of the details.   I am hoping I can transfer files from old machine to new machine and a lot of they set up will be complete.

   Any Helkp I would great appreciate it.

Thank you!  It took care of part of it but the Canned Cycles is placing the G50 command in the code.  I looked in the setting for canned cycles and there is nothing about max speed.

 I found it! Under the advanced settings in each of operations tabs it talks about G50.

Mach4 General Discussion / Spindle Motor problems

I have Little machine shop hi-Torque mini lathe with Pokeys57 controller.  For some reason my spindle speed max speed is set at 1000 rpm.  I can go into MIDI and shift to spindle Speed to spindle Speed (G97) and increase speed up to 2000 rpm no problem.  The CSS (G96) it is limited to 1000 rpm (x axis is at 0).  It was working couple weeks ago fine. 
  I only found one location under mach Configuration spindle tab that had any setting and it is set at 2500 rpm. 

Is there another setting somewhere are can some one venture to guess if I have a failure somewhere.

When you type T0101 and cycle start mine will change the offset but not the tool number.  When I enter number into tool offset it will change the DR but the offset in the tool table does not update.

I am new to Mach4 and starting to chase my tail.  I have a 7x16 lathe and trying to get the tool table set.  I read the manual and watch videos done by Ron G and Mach Support.  It seemed straight forward but I ran into a couple of issues that have me in over my head. I tried to search forum for similar reported issues but could not find any. 
1.   When I initiate a tool change in MIDI (T0101, T0202 etc) the offset number changes but the tool number does not.  I can highlight the tool number and change it to the correct numerical number but am not sure if anything changes with that.
2.   When enter a dimension into the X offset DRO and enter the offset nothing in the tool table changes.
I appreciate any insight someone can give me to where I went wrong. Thank You!
