Hi Tweakie!

Thanks for your help in advance!

The steps are 1281 for X and 1284 for Y and 1600 for Z.
I used to have something similar before when I had a number of step with decimals, when I change it to whole number then it becomes normal that all 3 axes will go to zero at wherever I set zero from.
Somehow now it starts to have this problem again even the step numbers are whole numbers.

The unit is in mm

Actually when i first spot this the difference was 0.0036 somehow it now becomes 0.0008
(Z has no problem so far)

Hi guys, new to here and hope you all are having good time.

Back to my question, I have recently built up my first 6040 3 axes machine and it was working fine in the past few weeks!
Somehow I don't know since when the X and Y axis are actually not moving fully according to my command when I set zero at and different location within the working area. It has no problem if I start from the zero of machine coordinate after "Ref all".

Once I set zero for example at x100y100, then I type in command g0x10y10 then the machine will go to 9.9992 on either or both axes.
If both X and Y also stop at 9.9992 then when I click "go to zero" then they will back to the zero point.
If one of the axes did go to 10 after the command, when I click "go to zero", this axis will come back at 0.0008.

I didn't have this problem before but somehow it starts to play like this!
Since it constantly has the 0.0008 but not a different value therefore I believe there may be a setting issue?
There is no problem for Z axis.

I hope the explanation is clear enough and please help on this issue.

Thanks in advance!
Cheers!
