Hi everyone, my name is Frank and I think I am retired and I am new to CNC machining.
I am an electronics technologist for the past 52 years mostly in manufacturing either for my own companies or for others, in any case CNC machining is a revived old interest for me.
So here I go, I already have something that I don't understand and perhaps even in the wrong forum and I hope some one can either advise me or redirect me.
My issue is I do't understand "Limits override", my steps as follows:
- Auto LimitOverRide - Green
- OverRide Limits - Flashing Red
- M1-Limit = Active
- M1Home = Active
- Reset = Does not work (***** Cannot move off limit *****)
- Status = Press Reset - Emergency Mode Active
Limit switch is activated, check your axises position!
- Config>Ports&Pins>Input Signals - Disable X--
- Auto LimitOverRide - Green
- OverRide Limits - Flashing Red
- M1Home = Active
- Reset = OK
My question is - What am I missing?
