hi everybody,

i was searching and trying a lot but i cannot find the solution.

i have a xbox attached to mach3 and i want two custom macros to set the jog speed. one for 100% and one for 2%. each macro should be activated with a button press. that way i can jog with one hand only the 2 speeds.

i tried creating a macro:
Call SetOemDro(3,2)

that should set the jog speed to 2%. i named that macro M799.m1s and put it in the right folder. when i want to try to execute the macro from the MDI it says scripter compile error in m799.m1s.

could anybody help here?

hello,

i just purchased an older shuttle pro, the silver one. i saw somebody use it in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09HiUnPDeTY

i followed arts instruction pdf for installing the plugin and i tested before the shuttle and it works. however in the device manager it is not listed with the code that art says it would.

when i go on the config plugin screen for the shuttle i have the various options for the buttons. i used 3 for setx sety and setz. there are no options for the wheels. however nothings moves.

anybody could help?

hello all,

i am setting up my backlash settings and i want to change the shuttle wheel setting it is set to 0.004s and i cannot change it. 

if i type in like 0.5 and press enter, the general config tab closes. on reopening, the setting stayed at 0.004.

i have installed a xhc handwheel and  but i deactivated the plugin if that has anything to do with that.

anybody an idea what is happening here?

now it works and i feel really embarassed to tell the mistake. i used port 13 pin number 1  , just switched the colums. i still had the order from motor outputs in mind, first the pins, then the port.

so anyway, thanks all for your help, now it is working perfect and my mill is complete. it is a 330kg artec zx45 mill, which i bought partely converted to cnc. yesterday evening i made my first steel chips

sorry for not being entirely clear with my descriptions.
i tried again, the led is lit and goes off if i press estop, no matter if i set active low or not.
