General Mach Discussion / Re: Can't get the probe at work G540

hi again,

I did not have the time to test again  >:( but maybe I think to know what probably could be the problem.
I have two emergency switches 1 left 1 right. Got them in serials (working fine).
But the cable that feed the left switch have four wires and need only two for the switch.

So I thought that I could use the other two wires to use for the probe.
Its an shielded cable outside but for sure there can be some noise from the emergency switch on the wires of the probe.

Am I looking to far or is this possible?
I also ordered new cable to wire these probe with separate cable.

Keep you informed.

Hi all,

Sorry for maybe bad english its not my native languages.

I have home build machine 4*4' and everything is working fine , incl home switches. But can't get the probe at work.
I think everything is grounded correct there is also an emf filter on the entry of the power 220V

Ill tried active low or active high at one time  the led lits up the other it stays out. But nothing more.
Connected on 4rth input of the G540 Port 1 pin 13 I don't know what to do anymore.
Ill have att my XML file.

Maybe someone can take a look and found something.

Thx already for your time ans patience
