General Mach Discussion / Help! X6-1500C spindle won't run.

Bought this machine from OMIOCNC & received last week. Running Mach3 for control. Able to run test program but the spindle doesn't turn on. Tried MDI input (M3 S5000) as directions say but no response. I have CNC mill general G code understanding. Have programmed manually as well as Cam software experience. I think it may have to do with settings but I'm not sure . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
