The weird part is the images I posted have a different name than those I was trying to post, I had to save them from my Google account.

Ended up being a failed parallel port driver, Re-ran the install and it works great now.  I have no idea how it failed the first time.

I was given a profile per the company I bought my machine from so that I would not have to mess with ports and such, but I CAN hit RESET and make the Light on the screen go green, Motors are locked and cannot be moved but I cannot get the Charge Pump LED to come on, on the UBOB.  I have no errors on the screen and when I plug in the Parallel port adapter The light flashes for a second then goes off.
