Mach Screens / How to install a new screen set?

Can I get some help with install a new screen set I've downloaded the one I want to use just need to know how to get it all working I'm sure this is easy but Use this software is all new to me only had my plasma for a few weeks, I understand I need to put the files in the appropriate folders just need some guidance on which ones thanks

Hi can someone help me need to know how to install a new screen set in to Mach 3, I'm sure this is simple but It all new to me as I've only been using this software for a few weeks thanks
