Im still having problems with the Z axis locking up. I sent an email to your support email asking for instructions to upgrade.

I already have that screen set installed. I've never even been able to finish a successful cut on my plasma table after finishing the build yet. I bought your 7766 then you come out with the 7866 8 months later during the middle of my build, then just this past May you forced me to buy the THC add on strictly for the 7766 that cost an additional $350, and now you won't even provide any support for it?

I'm having some troubles with running programs with my plasma build. I can only cut when I have the THC enabled. If I try to run a program without it, the torch fires but doesn't move. I'm using a Robot3T THC3T-02 THC with UP/DOWN controls, and using the ARC-OK Signal from the THC.

No, I still use my original setup which is powering the solenoids by the original front panel (manually) with 24vdc power supply. I leave it completely maxed out. I dont feel the need for changing spindle speeds since i'm using PWM with VFD. Andy @ the ESS forums gave insight for changing the PWM spindle speeds for the back gear.

I am very happy with mine since that big ESS update last year. I installed a spindle sensor 360ppr into the hole at the top of the variable speed head, though only using one rev pulse until Warp9's next update. Once that comes out I'll rewire to those 360 degree pulse inputs and tweak the spindle speed correction (planning on rigid/semi tapping)

I highly doubt you'll be using both at once. Install a connector that you can disconnect them at will. I use a 3.5mm stereo jack for mine.

*Cross posted from the main M4 forum because I have not had a response yet*

Mach4 Build 4.2.0.3485. wx4.set
ESS v213

I've been wanting to address this issue for a while. I want to set a maximum jogging feedrate using my shuttlepro, for instance surface milling a part real quick, i.e. set max feedrate to 15ipm then turn the (large) wheel all the way keeping that feedrate. It seems it will always use my rapids. I've adjusted my Feedrate and Rapidrate sliding bars but that won't change anything. My Jog feedrate (sliding bar on main screen) does not change either.

It it seems when i'm jogging slow with the wheel when i'm @ +5ipm it will jump to 25ipm when I want to go slightly faster, I can't get anything in between those values. I setup the MPG0 as mentioned. I just started to have weird issues while jogging fast, when I let go of the wheel in an X or Y travel it will stop and go the other direction for a split second. I had thought my shuttle got splashed with coolant, bought another, still the same issue. I'll look at replacing the USB extension cable next for that issue.

I've checked the thread over in the plugins here http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,32682.0.html but I am still having the same issues. Can someone share how they have theirs setup? Daz?
