FAQs / BEGINNER NEEDS HELP PLEASE

HI
I am a 65 year old beginner I have mach 3 and lazycam I have learnt how to convert image to dxf for engraving and loaded into lazycam after I have created from NEW from lazycam ( size 145mm x 110mm ) it writes the gcode and I post it to mach3 . It imports ok but the size is not correct and its on the top right of the I think ? home position which is centre....Can some one help as I am not that brilliant on reading manuals more the video tution type.
How do I get the correct size to engrave in mach 3 on the correct size or what am I doing wrong ...........HELP PLEASE
