General Mach Discussion / need help please. only one of the three motors work cnc 3020b

I got a 3020b cnc I followed the instructions but only z axis is working and the y axis is not selflocked but x axis is but doesn't move in jog .but when I looked at the screen the axis numbers change when pressing the axises on the jog handle. Could some one please help. Thanks
