I have them grounded at both ends and even ran an extra wire to ground everything.
I did have a little luck. Since I am running a touch screen monitor on my control panel I ran a ground wire to the aluminum frame and things are better.
It now runs with debounce set at 2000.
Thanks

Everyone
I'm still having trouble with my router going into estop
I have replaced all of my limit and home switch wires to 2 conductor 24 gauge shielded wire.
The only way the machine runs for a short period of time is to set the Debounce interval on the configuration page to 2000
I still must have noise somewhere.
Could it be one of my switches is not too good?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Tim

I am building a wood router and having a problem with the control resetting.
It will only reset briefly 1-5 seconds and go's right back into estop.
During this short time I can move the axis motors and they sound good.
Just don't understand why it keeps going into estop.
Checked all my switches, they are OK and all the LEDs are out.
Can anyone help?
