Thank you for reply.

Yes there is an "set axes to zero at reset" option and it is default set active.

I found out that there has been an issue similar to this in the CSMIO firmware so I have now asked CSLAB directly.

I can add some more information. Maybe this can give a clue of what is wrong.

After homing when pressing reset one time "E stop button pressed" message is showed. When pressing Reset a second time the home LED's turns off and machine coordinates is set to zero.

The softlimits does not work.
X-- and X Home shares the same input.
Soft limit X min=1 max=100
After homing I can still pass the soft limits

When I jog X+ pressing "right arrow key" the DRO counts positive and the machine moves positive however I have unchecked "X home neg" to get the home direction negative. According to the tutorial video "X home neg" should be checked to home in negative direction.

best regards

For some reason the machine machine coordinates is set to zero when I press the "reset" button.

Steps:
Press "ref all home" button and wait for homing to complete.
Load a G-code program and run some lines. The machine moves away from zero position.
Pressing the "reset" button then set machine coordinates to zero
If I restart the program the work position is moved the distance to where I pressed reset

Is there anyone there has an idea what is happening?

I assume I can use the reset button to stop a program if I want to change something.

System:
mach3 ver: 3.043.066
CSMIO/IP-M controller

Best regards Uffe
