« on: July 18, 2019, 06:04:25 AM »
Hi Dear i m using servo drive and motor 2500 encoder *4 = 10000
i have on my system rack pinion gear on motor has 21 teeth with 6.6666 pitch gear diameter is 48.56mm. with 10:1 gear plantry
how to calculate step per unit   correct value? i have been set with setting auto step per unit
i calculated like this see below. it is correct?

21 teeth * 6.666 = 139.986 my gear
10000 /139.986 = 71.43715. step per unit * gear ratio 10:1 = 714.35715 it is correct?
what velocity i can put and accelerator?
