VB and the development of wizards / Script to configure Input Pins

I have looked at some scripting and see fields can be read from Mach3 screens.  Is there a runtime command that will enable signals, set pins and also clear or set the Active Low in the Engine Configuration Ports & Pins dialog box?

Any help much appreciated.
