I will also contact them directly to see what they say also. I double checked what I ordered and it was the Mach 3 license and not the Mach3 addon license so I don't think I messed up the order.

Thanks. I know there is only one Mach3 folder but that was not the name of the file I was given so let me change the name to that and see what happens. The filename given was WizLic.dat so that hopefully is the problem.

I will try tonight and report back.

Hi, Newbie here trying to just get and I know this has probably been asked but I don't seem to see the answer.

Is there a log file somewhere that could give hints to why the license file is not being read/seen?

I am using Mach3 R3.043.066 version on XP with a license file I just purchased from CNC4PC. I copied the file as it came to the C:\Mach3\ directory. Everything I read that should be all I have to do. Wondering if the file got corrupted somehow or something like that by email etc.
