General Mach Discussion / Mach3 and new mill wont work!

Grizzly G704 W/ CNC Fusion kit. New AMD computer, 48V PSP 3 K5056 Controllers W/ C35 BOB. The Parallel cable came with the BOB.
New load of Mach3 (R3.043.066). Mach3 starts and seems to run fine, but the motors wont turn, and the DRO's in mach wont move with the keyboard. I can get the reset button to reset. I've set up the pins and ports IAW the Mach3 turorial, but the program doesn't seem to "See" the controller and it's certainly not working.
There is a green "Output status" LED in the center of the BOB, and it's not lit, all other LEDS on the board are.
Suggestions?
