I got this pendant .It works good  but Mach3 menu functions slow down when it is connected.

That's true, but if you open a Mach3 menu window (such as homing/limits, backlash comp, motor settings etc) and press a button on the MPG Pendant (I use the YES and NO buttons on the top left) the menu will pop up immediately.
