  Thanks Brett ;D ;D ;D
You got us a lot further along. ;)
We found the wiring wrong on the Z axis servo motor. ???

It was a great feeling to see  it move. 8)

Is there a setting in Mach to tell Mach that it is looking at C32 board.
Problem we are having is setting up the steps per inch but when we
give it a move command it goes a totally different distance.

I have a mill setup with Mach and been having a hard time getting it going.
I think we are close but i would like to call someone to go threw a quick trouble shooting.

This is what i found out on LED's.

PCB = Printed Circuit Board, it is the plastic board.
STEP = Is the step or pulse pin, which takes the pulses to the driver.
DIR = Is the direction pin, indicates the driver the direction of rotation.
ERR = Fault line, lights if a driver faults.

  OK
Now that i discovered that you have to start it up in Smooth stepper i have it kinda working.
I need to know what the three leds by each axis mean on the C32 - Duel Port Multifunction CNC Board.
I print out the instruction's, but has no mention of the lights.
I need to do some trouble shooting.
I have middle light blinking on on Z axis.

Well thanks to you i have made a big jump on it.
Headed to shop again today.
I have manuals printed out for everything but the encoder.
Will need to identify the encoder for pin out on the GX320 from the way it looks.
Thanks

  New info:
I think the correct name of the board is: CNC 4 PC
I also know the pin out need to be checked on the Z axis.
