1) Estop seems to suspend all macros with the exception on the macro pump

same behavior here.

2) Using the 301 button as a terminator in a brain only works with nop. If inverted, no dice.

is working here in ver .062  ==>  Uled > invert > 301

Hallo,
hört sich an, als wenn vergessen wurde nach zurückgesetztem Notaus, mit der Maus auf " Reset " zu klicken.
Also  " emulieren " aus  " active high " ein  Notaus raus , dann sollte doch mit klick auf " Reset " alles " normal " sein.

Davon mal abgesehen warum werfen Sie Teile weg bloß weil die Software weiterläuft?
Und warum wird offenbar sehr oft auf Notaus gedrückt?
Ich glaube ich habe den Notaus in meiner Laufbahn vielleicht drei oder vier mal drücken müssen.
Generell würde ich sagen, daß nach ausgelöstem Notaus das Werkstück entweder OK ist, dann braucht man es nicht entsorgen,
oder Ausschuss, dann ist egal ob die Software weiterläuft.

In your old profile Macro folder search for the " tools3.dat "  file and copy that to the new profile macro folder.
standard location is:  C:\Mach3\ " your old profile " \ Macros\ tools3.dat

it looks like it is not possible to enable/disable the Pokeys joystick function with an OEM button or a pokeys input.
At least I didn't get it.

Yes. ( if you want the contour to be correct without using cutter compensation )
When you use cutter compensation ( G41 ; G42 ) then no, you can use the same endmill.
But the smallest radius in the scaled contour must be greater ( or the same ) as the endmill radius.
This may be a problem when scaling down. A use of a smaller endmill may be necessary
