I am trying M4 in demo mode. Darwin seems to be functioning properly  ie: jog axis and control my spindle, when I go to M4 I can jog my axis but they will not home and I have no spindle control. In the M4 history window it shows a problem with Darwin license. see attached. is this because I'm in demo mode?
Can someone design a flow chart that shows how Darwin interacts with M4? Input vs output signals, axis mapping, for example, what has to be configured to get an axis to "home"?

The on screen calculator does not pop up when I click a DRO on the desk top that is running my mill, but does show up on my laptop. Both are running Windows 7. Does anyone have any thoughts

Klaus,
all I've tried is the one that came with the mach3 program download. Is there another? The camera works on it's own.

yes, constant feed. Yes, I swapped drives and motors and no change. I even tried a 425oz motor, same result. I checked for binding seems smooth. I tightened the belt and loosened the belt. I wish I understood more about the relationship between Velocity and acceleration. I have my "steps per" set at 32000 is that correct?
