Mach3 and G-Rex / Slave Axis in Mach 3
« on: April 04, 2022, 02:27:00 PM »
Has the slave axis of Mach 3 been disabled?

yes, the motors can be turned by hand when motors are off and also when on.
Don't understand what your last comments are pointed to.
I have contacted this forum to find out if anyone else has had the same problem/results that I have had on and with a Windows 10/Mach 3/ UC100 usb controller.  There are no error messages, warnings, stalls or anything else except for the fact that the motors do not run--all the lights on  the driver boards and the controller BOB are lit --I do not  get a crash, a stall, warning or error message--only get lack of response from the 4 Nema motors.  I can get the screws to turn by hand with screws attached/fixed to the motor shafts. Surely with the large number of  UC100 customers there is not 100 Percent  success in every attempt to use the UC100 controller  and according to net comments .  Any comments, recommendations or success stories will be appreciated. Thanks very much

General Mach Discussion / UC 100 controller, Mach 3 and Nema Motors
« on: June 26, 2021, 11:10:06 AM »
Cannot get Mach 3 to activate Nema Motors under USB Controller UC100CNC.  Followed UC100 installation instructions to a tee and no error messages or crashes,  however Nema Motors do not run.  Have all correct lights on and displayed,  but no activation of motors.  Does this have something to do with Windows 10 ---there are not many clues --- need assistance.

General Mach Discussion / Limit switches and reversal of Axis
« on: August 16, 2011, 12:53:32 PM »
When limit switches are triggered Axis changes direction---also keyboard short cut keys reverse and controls button flyout Jog buttons reverse on many instances.  When trying to jog off limits it moves about 1/2 inch stops, get Limit switch trigger message then try to jog off again and get reversed direction. What setting is causing this crazy problem?  Also how can I save all of my settings from one day to the next without leaving my system on 24 hours a day?  Can MACH 3 be changed or modified to insure that all the last previous setting will be the  default or current setting when opening the application?

COUPLE OF QUESTIONS:
1.where within the Mach 3 file system can I locate and review the Default G Codes as they appear in the upper right of the menu screen?
2. have there been any updates to the Mach3 software in the last three to 5 months?
3.how can I manually edit Machine Coord under the Diagnostis menu/screen and
4. under the Offsets menu/screen how can I manually edit the Part offsets?
