Hi all,

Just to clarify - please correct me if I am wrong - the Khz setting in the Driver test does not affect Mach3's kernel setting. I too run my machine at 75Khz kernel speed. My config check also tells me that the kernel speed in motor tuning is higher than required, but simple math plainly shows it is not.

Regarding the 75Khz kernel speed; we could certainly increase the digital gearing at the servo drive and run a slower kernel speed at the cost of reduced resolution, but I don't see a reason to do so unless the PC cannot cope.

For those who may have experienced and resolved the 'pulsing too fast' message aawills is describing, what was the solution? Faster PC? Optimization?
