I figured it out.
It seems to work properly when I turn on "Charge Pump on in estop"
I thought that disabled the gecko when you activated the reset on the screen. Now when you activate the reset on the screen the drives/motors are still powered up. Thinking about it it makes since though, now the motors are still holding their position while mach is not giving them a command.
Why would that effect the external e-stop?
